By using Hirewalks products, software-enabled recruitment platform services, or related offerings ("Hirewalks Services"), you agree to the following Terms of Service and any accompanying privacy policies, legal notices, or guidelines (collectively referred to as "Terms of Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Hirewalks Services.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to the Hirewalks Services is subject to these Terms. Hirewalks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Your use of the Hirewalks Service is also governed by the Hirewalks Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

By accepting these Terms or using the Hirewalks Service, you confirm your acceptance. If you represent a company or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Definitions

Account Information and Service Access

Hirewalks Services are not available to persons under the age of 13 or to any Users suspended or removed by Hirewalks. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Accounts are accessed using user credentials ("Credentials") that must be kept confidential and not shared. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring your credentials remain secure.

Candidates may access interviews or assessments via invitation. Following completion, access will be terminated automatically.

Cookie Policy

Hirewalks does not use cookies for tracking user behavior. Cookies are used only for session management and single sign-on purposes for registered users. No cookie data is shared with third parties.

Content

Users may submit, post, and share content ("Content") on Hirewalks. You retain ownership of your Content but grant Hirewalks a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and modify it solely for the operation and improvement of our Services.

You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Accuracy of Content

Hirewalks does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content posted by Users. You agree to evaluate and assume all risks associated with using such Content. Hirewalks is not liable for errors or omissions.

Code of Conduct

Hirewalks reserves the right to remove or block content that violates these Terms or is deemed unlawful, offensive, or harmful. Examples of unacceptable behavior include harassment, impersonation, sharing offensive content, or uploading copyrighted material without permission.

Who We Share Your Data With

We may share data with instructors, recruiters, service providers, analytics partners, and advertising companies to improve and promote our Services. We may also share data for legal compliance or corporate restructuring. If you provide personal contact details, Hirewalks may contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp about its products and services, even if your number is listed under DND.

Termination

Hirewalks may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting info@hirewalks.com. Upon termination, access to your account and stored data may be permanently removed.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Hirewalks platform, software, and design elements are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or redistribute any materials unless expressly permitted.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Hirewalks may include links to external websites ("Linked Sites"). We do not endorse or guarantee their content, and use of Linked Sites is at your own risk.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Hirewalks Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hirewalks does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free performance. Hirewalks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hirewalks, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the service, Content violations, or breach of these Terms.
