Account Information and Service Access

The Hirewalks service is not available to persons under the age of thirteen (13) or to any Users or Candidates suspended or removed from the service by Hirewalks. By using the Hirewalks service, you represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age, are of legal age to form a binding contract, and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Hirewalks reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, any account or access to its services at its reasonable discretion, at any time.

Accounts will be accessed through a User ID and password ("Credentials"). Your Credentials are solely for your use and must not be shared. You agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and agree to notify Hirewalks immediately of any unauthorized use. Hirewalks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information or failure to secure your password.

Candidates may access interview services through invitations from Users. After completion, access to the service will terminate. By participating in any Hirewalks event or activity requiring an account, your account will be automatically created.

Except as expressly permitted, the Hirewalks services are to be accessed only for internal business purposes and not for resale or unauthorized distribution.

Cookie Policy

Hirewalks neither stores cookies nor uses them for tracking user behavior anonymously. Cookies are only used to provide single sign-on functionality for a better user experience and are generated only for registered users.

The cookies generated are not shared with any third party and serve solely to maintain user sessions. Information such user behavior or interests is not stored or used for any commercial purpose.

Content

The Hirewalks service allows Users and Candidates to submit, post, and share data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other material ("Content"). Content you post belongs to you, and you may use it in any lawful way. By using the Hirewalks service, you grant Hirewalks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your Content for the purpose of operating and improving its services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such Content. You are solely responsible for any Content you share and for any consequences arising from it. Hirewalks shall not be liable for errors or omissions in Content posted by others.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share certain data about you with instructors, other users, companies performing services for us, business partners, analytics providers, social media providers, and companies assisting with promotions and advertising. We may also share data for legal compliance, security, or corporate restructuring.

When you voluntarily contact us, we keep a record of that information to respond appropriately. We collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number only when you register or fill out a form. If you have submitted contact details, Hirewalks reserves the right to contact you via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding products or offers, even if your number is registered under DND.

Your Rights

You have rights concerning the use of your data, including opting out of promotional emails and cookies. You can update or terminate your account from within our platform or contact us for individual data requests.

Hirewalks does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of Content posted by Users. You agree that Hirewalks shall not be liable for any errors or damages resulting from reliance on such Content.

Hirewalks reserves the right to remove or edit Content at its discretion or in response to copyright infringement notices.

Feedback

If you provide Hirewalks with any comments, bug reports, or suggestions ("Feedback"), Hirewalks has the right to use such Feedback at its discretion, including incorporating it into the service. You grant Hirewalks a perpetual, irrevocable, non exclusive license to use your Feedback for any purpose.
